2016 New Year’s Day Chili Fly

January 1st 2016 turned out to be a day that was not anywhere near a typical flying day. In fact you would expect a visit to the flying field to be the last thing on a guy’s mind when the mercury reads 28F, winds gusting up to 15 mph and a light snow coming down.

Actually about a dozen people showed up to the HCH Annual Chili Fly with about five of these brave soles feeling the need to get something in the air.  Here are a few pictures from this year’s event.

Had a fun time at the chili fly. Doug did a great job on the food.
